Q: I have food allergies. Does Flour & Sugar make anything wheat/dairy/nut free?

 

Answer: We use the finest dairy, flour and nut products. We recommend not consuming any of our products if you have these food allergies.

 

 

Q: Does Flour & Sugar have any gluten-free items?

 

Answer: Not at this time.

 

 

Q: Does Flour & Sugar have anything sugar free?

 

Answer: Not at this time.

 

 

Q: Should I refrigerate my cake or cupcakes?

 

Answer: No, that will dry them out. We specialize in old-fashioned baked goods, made from scratch and baked in small batches throughout the day, using only the finest ingredients. Our product is made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the day received. If you plan on storing them overnight, tightly wrap the box in plastic wrap and leave at room temperature.

 

 

Q: Are all cupcake flavors available every day?

 

Answer: We use fresh seasonal ingredients that are not available every week.

Not every item from the cupcake menu is offered every day.

Policies
 
 
Cancellations - We require 48 hours notice prior to your pick up time to cancel an order. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your next order if your event has been postponed by a family emergency.
 
Missed Pick-Ups - We make every attempt to contact you before we close.
We cannot stay after our normal business hours to wait for a missed or forgotten pickup.  Your order will be available for pickup until the following business day. We will not keep your order after the next business day. 
Deposits will not be refunded.
 
Order Pick-Ups - Once an item has been picked up by you or your designated party and leaves our shop, it is considered "ACCEPTED".
 
Transporting - Once an item leaves our shop, you are 100% responsible for transporting your order safely.  Never place items on seats!  Please place them on a level surface in your vehicle (floor or cargo area).   We recommend a yoga mat or similar material to prevent movement of your packaged item.   Also, items placed in a heated vehicle will melt. We recommend you take the items immediately home.
